The Andorran real estate market continues to show a significant imbalance between the supply of homes for sale and those available for rent. This is shown in the report for the second quarter of 2026 published by Pisos.ad.

According to the data from the study, the average price of homes advertised for rent reaches 2,832.74 euros per month, while the available supply is still very low. At the time of writing, the portal registered 117 homes for rent, compared to 796 properties advertised for sale.

These data show that renting continues to be one of the segments with the lowest availability in the Andorran real estate market. The difference between the number of homes for sale and those offered for rent highlights the limited supply available for those looking for a rental home.
