The rental market in Andorra continues to be one of the main current issues in the real estate sector. According to information published by Ràdio SER Principat d'Andorra, based on a study by the real estate portal Pisos.ad, the average price of new rental contracts has moderated during the second quarter of 2026.
According to these data, the average rent of new rentals stands at 2,832 euros per month, which represents the lowest level recorded in the last year and a half. This development, however, must be interpreted with caution, since the moderation may be influenced both by an increase in the available supply and by a reduction in the average surface area of the homes advertised.
By parishes, Escaldes-Engordany continues to position itself as one of the areas with the highest rents, with amounts close to 3,800 euros per month. Andorra la Vella is also at high levels, around 3,400 euros per month, while Encamp appears as one of the parishes with the most contained prices, with figures close to 1,350 euros per month.
In the buying and selling market, the same report also reflects important differences depending on location. Escaldes-Engordany and Ordino exceed one million euros in average price, while other parishes remain below that threshold. The study also points to significant differences by area, with areas of high demand such as Vilar de Canillo, Escaldes, Serrat de Ordino, Escàs or Tarter.
These data confirm that the Andorran real estate market continues to show a strong territorial disparity. While the moderation in rents may be a positive sign, prices remain high in much of the country, especially in areas of higher demand.
